Remote Therapy and Clinical Social Work

SPECIALIZING IN SUBSTANCE ADDICTIONS & GAMBLING BEHAVIORS

You don’t have to go it alone.
I’m here to help.

ABOUT ME

Life isn’t easy. In my work as a clinical social worker I’ve seen how helpful it can be to have an impartial, therapeutic voice assist you in navigating life’s challenges. While I have a background in substance addictions and problem gambling behaviors, I am equally interested in guiding my clients through unsettling feelings or unexpected hardships.

In addition to seeing clients in a private practice setting, I also conduct workshops on treating gambling disorder.  I'm knowledgeable about and experienced in dealing with the unique situations that come with gambling disorder; in my sessions I utilize an effective combination of motivational interviewing techniques and a cognitive behavioral approach to get to the root of the issue and to process how to make real, actionable life changes.

In order to ensure that I’m the right therapeutic match for each individual that I work with, I provide a free initial assessment. If that assessment determines that I am not the best fit for your needs, I will make it my priority to provide you with appropriate referral options.

I look forward connecting and guiding you through the challenges that are keeping you from living life to its fullest.
